Teriyaki Chicken

Teriyaki Chicken

yield : 6-8 servings

1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1 tsp. fresh gingerroot
green onion (optional)
5 lbs. chicken

1. Mix all the ingredients together except chicken.
2. Marinate the chicken in the sauce for as long as you like.
3. Bake in a pot on the stove for about 30-35 minutes for bone-in chicken.
4. For boneless chicken, the cooking time won’t be as long.
5. Serve with warm rice, potato salad, & corn!
