1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 1.2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 cup instant/quick cooking oats
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
