RIce Pudding

1 cup rice (cooked with 2 cups water)
Add 1 quart milk
1 small can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
handful of raisins
6 well beaten eggs

Mix together. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top. Bake slow at 300 degrees
until knife comes out clean.
