Lemon Jello Salad

1. 1 small pkg lemon Jello + 1 cup boiling water – stir and dissolve
2. Add 1 cup marshmallows (dissolve in above mixture)
3. Then add:
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup chopped nuts
4. Refrigerate for several hours until set.
We had this for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas when growing up.
