Lucy's Spaghetti Sauce

3/4 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons chopped parsely
2 teaspoons dried chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 chicken legs (brown a little before adding other meat)
1 lb. ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon allspice
6 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon thyme

Brown the chicken legs in the oil, then add the ground beef and brown well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least three hours. Remove chicken legs. Pour over cooked pasta and serve.
