Banana Bread
5 cups flour 7 tsp baking powder 6 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 eggs 5-6 mashed very ripe bananas 2 cups sugar 2 tsp salt 1 ½ cup milk 1 ½ cup nuts Use mixture in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60 – 70 minutes
